These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Dogs Planet website and any purchase of products from us (together, the “Services”).

Dogs Planet Ltd (“Dogs Planet”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Services. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and legally able to enter into a contract.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and information

We aim to display product information as accurately as possible. However, product colours/appearance may vary depending on your device.

We may update product descriptions, packaging, or specifications from time to time.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy products from us. A contract is formed only when we accept your order (usually by sending an order confirmation/dispatch confirmation email).

We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors). If we cancel, we will refund any payment received.

Prices are shown in GBP.

Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Where applicable, prices will include UK VAT (if we are required to charge VAT). If VAT is not charged, this may be stated at checkout.

6. Delivery (UK only) and risk

We currently sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Passing of risk (UK consumers): For consumer sales, goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you (or a person you nominate), unless you arranged your own carrier that we did not offer as an option.

Where a delivery time is not agreed, goods should generally be delivered within 30 days.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our Services (including our brand, logos, images, text, and design) is owned by or licensed to Dogs Planet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
