Returns
We offer a 28-day return window, which means you have 28 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
We will cover the return shipping cost and provide instructions to resolve the issue.
Damages, defects & incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used (for example, sealed hygiene-related products), unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
